The best way to have a long-lasting impact in Uganda is to sponsor the education of a future leader.
For only $330 per year, a child can learn the skills necessary to lift them and their village out of poverty. As part of your student sponsorship, you will send and receive updates from your student twice a year. The annual school year begins in February.
What does my sponsorship provide?
Your sponsorship of $330 per year provides for the following:
Provide Additional Support
You also have the opportunity to provide additional support to your student and their school during the checkout process:
- Basic Medical Fund - Donate to purchase mosquito nets and anti-malarial medicines
- School Facilities Fund - Provide funds to your student's school to purchase teaching aids, desks, and other classroom needs.

Family Situation: Shakulu's mother works hard as a casual laborer, but the market is over-saturated and it's difficult to find work to support her four children.

Family Situation: Eric's father abandoned the family & the mom struggles to provides for her five children. Eric wants to attend a good school, but is unable to do so without a sponsor.

Family Situation: Flavia's father died in a car accident and her mother, already born into poverty, has had a hard time taking over financial responsibility for Flavia and her three siblings.

Family situation: David lives with parents and his two siblings. His father is unable to work and his mother sells pancakes in the market, but doesn't earn enough to pay David's school fees.

Family Situation: Ron and his three siblings were abandoned by their parents and live with their grandparents. The grandparents provide shelter, but can't afford to pay their school fees.
