Crisis Intervention
When tragedy first occurs, staff is available to provide immediate validation, education, instruction, and referrals to those affected. Our staff provided crisis intervention in New York City after 9/11 and provides counsel in the event of any significant personal or community loss. Hearts and Hope’s specially trained grief and loss professionals are available to assess and advise by phone or in person depending upon the situation.
