By interacting with peers who can relate to your feelings through their own experience of loss, children and adults feel less isolated and the journey of mending broken hearts is made easier.

Coping Tools
Adults and children are empowered with the skills to cope with their personal grief. Adults also gain tools & skills to provide children with ongoing support during future developmental stages.
